Where the Coaching Comes From

I started in engineering. Made the leap into product. Navigated my way from aspiring PM to junior PM to senior PM across six industries and over a decade of building products.

What became clear along the way was something I had been doing for years without a name for it. I was coaching people before I knew it was a profession. I thought I was helping them with their careers. But they told me the mindset I shared changed how they approached life.
